Ingredients

100 grams of Green tomato

2 liters of Chicken broth

6 Poblano chiles

2 teaspoons of Thickening flour

3 Garlic

1 Onion

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare rajas consommé, clean the poblano chiles, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips.

Step 2 : Then, boil them with a little salt.

Step 3 : Next, peel the tomatoes and blend them with the onion and garlic.

Step 4 : These ingredients are sautéed in oil, and enough water is added.

Step 5 : Once the mixture boils, add the chicken broth and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Step 6 : To thicken, add flour previously dissolved in half a glass of water.

Step 7 : Finally, add the chile strips and cook until they are tender.
