Mexican Pot Roast Mole
Ingredients
10 cups of Water
½ kilogram of Carrots
5 Potatoes
3 Garlic cloves
2 Corn cobs
4 Onions
2 Tuatans
3 tablespoons of Oil
1 cup of Guajillo chili
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : First, add oil to a pot and include the tuatans, cooking them for 5 minutes.
Step 2 : Next, chop the onions and garlic, then blend with the chili and half a liter of water.
Step 3 : Once the mixture is ready, pour it into the pot with the tuatans.
Step 4 : Chop the onions, potatoes, and carrots, then add them to the pot along with the corn and an additional 2 liters of water.
