Vigil Pie

Next, it is baked at a low flame for thirty minutes.

Ingredients

12 Tortillas

3 cups of Canned tuna

1 cup of Chopped onion

1 cup of Chopped tomato

1 cup of Chopped bell pepper

1 cup of Shredded cheese

Oil

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the Vigil Pie, mix the tuna, tomato, onion, and bell pepper together.

Step 2 : Then, pass the tortillas through hot oil, avoiding browning.

Step 3 : Subsequently, grease a heat-resistant dish with butter and layer tortillas and tuna mixture alternately.

Step 4 : Finally, sprinkle cheese between each layer and on top of the last layer to gratify.

Step 5 : Finally, bake at a low temperature for thirty minutes.
