Ingredients

½ kilogram of Beef shank

¼ kilogram of Beef brisket with bone

8 Peppers

6 Chopped zucchinis

4 Sliced corn

3 Lemons

2 Garlic cloves

1 Chopped large onion

2 Sour limes

1 Finely chopped onion

1 Habanero chile

1 Sour orange

½ cup of Chopped cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : First, the meats should be cooked in half a liter of water until well done.
