Ingredients

¼ kilogram of Ground beef

125 grams of Tomatoes

125 grams of Lard

125 grams of Green tomatoes

50 grams of Grated cheese

1 tablespoon of Chopped onion

36 Shredded soups

24 Radishes

1 Garlic clove

1 Lettuce

Chili cascabel

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the shredded soups in the Villa de Álvarez style, remove the tops of the bread rounds and, using your fingers, form a crust around them and a small circle in the center, which gives them the name "shredded".

Step 2 : Once cooled, fry them in hot lard.

Step 3 : Cook the ground meat with water and a little salt, then crush it in a metate.

Step 4 : Toast the chilies, then grind them along with the garlic; add the cooked tomatoes and roasted tomatoes.

Step 5 : Boil with a little of the meat broth to achieve a thick consistency.

Step 6 : Dip the bread rounds in the sauce and fry in lard until golden brown.
