Ingredients

¼ kilogram of Manchego cheese

6 Poblano peppers

4 Tortillas

2 tablespoons of Broth powder

2 tablespoons of Butter

2 Garlic cloves

1 can of Evaporated milk

¼ Onion

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the chili pepper soup, first roast and devein the peppers.

Step 2 : Then, blend the roasted peppers together with garlic, onion, and a little water.

Step 3 : In a saucepan, melt two tablespoons of butter and pour in the blended mixture.

Step 4 : Let it season and slowly add the milk, two cups of water, and broth.

Step 5 : Bring the soup to a boil and cook for five minutes.
