Breaded Oysters

Ingredients

72 Oysters

1 cup of Evaporated milk

2 Eggs

2 Peeled cucumbers, sliced

1 Roman lettuce, clean

Crushed salted crackers

Flour

1 pinch of Pepper

Garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The oysters are placed in a large container and seasoned with pepper and garlic salt to taste.

Step 2 : Prepare the milk and egg mixture.

Step 3 : Next, coat the oysters in flour, first passing them through the egg and milk mixture, then through the flour and cracker mixture.

Step 4 : Once ready, fry them in a large skillet and serve with cucumbers and lettuce.
