Ingredients

1 Cleaned rabbit, cut in half

¼ kilogram of Chicory

¼ kilogram of Chorizo

¼ kilogram of Carrot

200 grams of Butter

200 grams of Bacon

1 liter of Vinegar

¼ liter of White wine

3 Garlic cloves

1 Onion

Aromatic herbs

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare baked stuffed rabbit, start by poking the rabbit with a fork.
