18 Large mushrooms

½ cup of Wheat germ

2 tablespoons of Oil

2 tablespoons of Chopped onion

2 tablespoons of Chopped parsley

2 tablespoons of Grated cheese

2 tablespoons of Sesame seed

½ teaspoon of Rosemary

Butter

1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To prepare stuffed mushrooms, start by carefully washing the mushrooms and cutting off their stems.

Step 2 : Then, place them in a previously oiled baking dish.

Step 3 : Chop the stems and sauté them in oil, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Step 4 : Fill the mushrooms with this mixture and bake at 190°C for about ten minutes.
