Ingredients

1 kilogram of Tomato

½ kilogram of Pork ribs

250 grams of Fresh cheese

35 Tortillas

5 Garlic cloves

1 Large onion

1 Bunch of parsley

Oil

Oregano

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the entomatadas, start by slicing the onion very thinly.

Step 2 : Then, remove the parsley leaves and soak them together with the onion slices for one hour, then drain them.

Step 3 : Next, roast the tomatoes and blend them with garlic and oregano.

Step 4 : Fry the mixture in two tablespoons of lard.

Step 5 : When it starts to boil, dip in the tortillas, remove them, and fold into four parts.

Step 6 : Garnish the entomatadas with cheese, onion, and parsley.

Step 7 : Add the pre-cooked ribs, which have been boiled in a little salted water and browned in their own fat.
