Ingredients
1 kilogram of Cusuche (mushrooms)
350 grams of Tomato
150 grams of Pork fat
2 Sweet chiles
2 Momo leaves (hierbasanta)
1 Plantain leaf
1 Green plantain
½ Medium onion
Jalapeño chiles
Aluminum foil
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the cusuche mushrooms, first wash the mushrooms thoroughly and remove the stem.
Step 2 : Next, slice the onion, tomato, chiles, plantain, and the mushrooms themselves, then mix them with butter and salt.
Step 3 : Then, lightly roast the plantain leaf and spread all the prepared ingredients on it.
Step 4 : Wrap the mixture like a tamale and cover with aluminum foil.
Step 5 : Finally, place the tamale in a steamer with water and cook for 45 minutes.
