Almond-flavored Atole
Ingredients
1 liter of Milk
1 Cinnamon stick
1 cup of Corn flour
250 grams of Ground almonds
1 cup of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1 : Bring the milk with a few cinnamon sticks to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2 : Add the corn flour diluted in a little water, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
